The 'journey' metaphor is used in all cultures
for life and the quest for meaning.
In the East, the Tao (pronounced dow) is the
Chinese word for "way" or "path" and carries
this meaning.
Taoism is the science and philosophy of life and
longevity. The Tao of Revitalization has a long history
of 6,000 years of success, based on living and acting
in accord with nature's cycles of change.
In T'ai Chi, Qi Gong, and Taoist yoga, sequences of
simple natural and flowing movements identify the
patterns of imbalance in body, mind, and emotion.
These patterns can then be released, thus restoring
health and peace of mind. It is said in the Orient,
" if you feel it, you can heal it."
